It is the right choice for structured garments (suits, blazers), delicate fabrics (silk, wool, cashmere, velvet), embroidered or embellished garments (sarees, lehengas), and items whose care labels specify "dry clean only". Regular laundry uses water and is suitable for everyday clothing, cottons and synthetics that can withstand water washing.
Do you offer doorstep pickup and delivery?
Yes. Doorstep pickup and delivery is our core service model. We collect your garments from your home or office, clean them at our facility, and return them to you — no need to travel to a shop.

How long does dry cleaning take?
Standard dry cleaning takes 2–3 working days, including pickup and delivery. Turnaround time may vary for heavily embellished garments or during peak periods. Please confirm the expected timeline when you schedule your pickup.
Can silk and Banarasi sarees be dry cleaned?
Yes. Silk, Banarasi, Kanjeevaram and other delicate sarees are ideal candidates for dry cleaning. Our process preserves the fabric's lustre, protects zari work, and removes stains safely without risking colour bleeding or fabric damage.
Can wedding lehengas and bridal wear be dry cleaned?
Yes. We specialise in dry cleaning for heavily embroidered, embellished and beaded lehengas, sherwani and other bridal wear. Each garment receives individual attention to preserve embroidery, mirror work and fabric integrity.
Do you clean curtains, blankets and carpets?
Yes. We provide professional cleaning for curtains, blankets, quilts, duvets and carpets/rugs. These are collected with your other garments or scheduled as a separate pickup.
How do I schedule a pickup?
You can schedule a pickup by calling us, WhatsApping us, or filling in the contact form on our website. Share your name, address, and the garments you need cleaned — we will confirm a convenient pickup time.
What is Wash & Fold and how is it different from Wash & Iron?
Wash & Fold is a laundry service where garments are washed, dried and neatly folded — ideal for everyday clothing and casuals. Wash & Iron adds professional steam ironing after washing, producing crisp, ready-to-wear garments — ideal for formal wear, office clothing and occasion wear.
How are garments packed and returned?
Cleaned garments are wrapped and packed carefully before delivery. Dry cleaned garments are returned on hangers in protective covers. Laundered items are folded and packaged.
